Which massage is right for me?
I really need a massage and I'm confused by all the different types to choose from. What's the difference between them all? How do I know which one to pick?
First of all, you will need to ask yourself a few questions:
Do you simply want a massage for relaxation and stress control? Or do you need symptom relief or help with a certain health condition?
